This Policy describes how Almadrive S.L. (hereinafter, “Bidi”, “we”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or use bidi-care.com and the rest of the services that we operate (the “Services”). Bidi manages this store and this website, including the data, the content, the functions, the tools, the products and the services offered. Bidi uses Shopify technology to provide the Services.
Precedence: In the event of a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Policy shall prevail with regard to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.
We ask you to read this Policy carefully. By accessing and using the Services, you declare that you have read and understood it.

For the purposes of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, Bidi is the data controller.
Relationship with Shopify. We host and operate the store on Shopify. In general, Shopify acts as a data processor; however, in certain advanced platform functions (e.g., improvement of services or its own advertising solutions), Shopify may act as an independent controller, directly attending to the rights of the data subject. Consult Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and its privacy portal to exercise rights against Shopify.
2) Definitions and scope
By “personal information” we understand any data that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include anonymized or pseudonymized data that does not allow you to be identified.
3) What data we collect or process
The categories may vary depending on how you interact with the Services and what the applicable law allows:
Contact details: name, surname, email, telephone, shipping and billing address.
Financial and payment information: payment method, confirmations and transaction details processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal (card data is managed securely by these providers).
Account information (if you create one): username, password, security questions, preferences and settings.
Information about transactions and purchasing behavior: items viewed/added to cart/wishlist, orders, returns, exchanges or cancellations; purchase history.
Communications: information you send us in support, surveys, reviews or promotions.
Device information: IP address, device identifiers, browser, operating system, network.
Usage information: date/time of interaction, navigation paths, interaction with pages and functionalities, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
We do not process special categories of data nor do we carry out solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on the user.
4) Source of the data
Directly from you: when creating an account, purchasing, communicating with us or completing forms.
Automatically: through your device and cookies/SDK when using the Services.
Providers acting on our behalf: e.g., e-commerce platform, payments, logistics, analytics, support.
Partners or third parties: when permitted by law and/or with your consent.
5) What we use your information for (purposes and legal bases)
To provide, personalize and improve the Services (order management, payments, shipments with GLS, returns/exchanges, reviews, account, remembering preferences and recommendations).

Marketing and advertising (newsletter with Klaviyo; ads on Meta and Google Ads through cookies/pixels only with your consent).

Security and fraud prevention (authenticate account, detect/act against fraudulent or malicious activity).

Communications with you (customer service, management of requests and commercial relationship).

6) How we disclose your information
We may share your information strictly when necessary and in accordance with this Policy:
Shopify, providers and other processors that provide services on our behalf (e-commerce platform/hosting, payments —Shopify Payments, PayPal—, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, GLS logistics, email marketing —Klaviyo—).
Commercial and marketing partners to display personalized advertising only if you have consented (e.g., Meta, Google Ads). These partners apply their own privacy policies. In your jurisdiction, you may have the right to object to sharing for advertising purposes (see “Your rights”).
At your request or with your consent, for example, login integrations or social media widgets.
Affiliates or within our corporate group, where applicable.
In corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, insolvency).
To comply with the law and protect rights (respond to subpoenas, requests, valid orders, or to enforce terms/policies and protect users and the public).
We never sell your personal data.
7) Third-party sites and links
The Services may include links to third-party sites. We do not control their practices and are not responsible for their privacy or security. Review their policies before providing data. Information you share in public areas or on social media may be visible to third parties.
8) Minors
The Services are not directed to minors under 16 years of age. If a minor has provided us with data, contact info@bidi-care.com to request its deletion. We are not aware of any “sale” or “sharing” (according to applicable legal definitions) of data of minors under 16.
9) Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is infallible. Avoid sending us sensitive information through unencrypted channels.
We retain data for the time necessary to: maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Afterwards, we block or anonymize it securely.

Management of communication preferences (unsubscribe from promotional emails via the link in each email; we may send you non-promotional operational communications).

You may exercise these rights by writing to info@bidi-care.com. We may request identity verification and, if you act through an authorized representative, proof of their authority (and we may verify your identity directly).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with the law.

11) International transfers
Some recipients may be outside the EEA or the United Kingdom (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google). In such cases, we use recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK instruments, or transfer to countries with an adequacy decision.
12) Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party and third-party cookies through Shopify’s native system for technical, analytics and advertising purposes. You can manage your consent from the site’s cookie banner/center. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy due to legal, technical or operational changes. We will publish the current version with its update date and, where required by law, notify you of the changes.
