Returns and Refund Policy
1. Reporting issues
The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery. If any damage or issue is detected, it must be reported to Bidi within a maximum of 48 hours by emailing devoluciones@bidi-care.com with photos and a description of the issue.
2. Returns Policy
At Bidi, we offer a 90-day trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within this period.
- If the reason is a manufacturing defect or damage, Bidi will cover the return costs. We will provide a prepaid return label and, if applicable, replace the product or defective part at no additional cost.
- If the reason is incompatibility: before purchasing, the customer must ensure compatibility using our guide or contacting support.
If incompatibility is detected after installation, our technical team will assist. If no solution is possible, the customer may choose:
- Replacement with a compatible solution (paying any difference).
- Full refund once the product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
If incompatibility was clearly stated on the website, the customer covers return costs. If it was difficult to foresee, Bidi will arrange collection and cover the return.
- If the reason is different (withdrawal, change of mind, etc.), the customer covers return shipping.
Right of withdrawal: In addition to the 90-day trial, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification.
Conditions:
- Returns accepted even if installed and tested (within 90 days, no damage).
- Must be in original packaging.
- Must be undamaged.
- Proof of purchase required.
3. Return process
- Request return via devoluciones@bidi-care.com with order number and reason.
- Wait for approval and instructions.
- Send the product following instructions.
4. Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.
5. Defective or damaged products
Customers may choose replacement or full refund. If only a part is defective, only that part may be replaced.
6. Limitations
Returns are not accepted for products purchased outside the official website bidi-care.com.
7. Warranty
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or handling of it different from that necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or functioning.
For these purposes, Bidi informs that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them, it includes the possibility of doing so by completing a form electronically.
In order to shorten processing times and allow you to carry out the return in a convenient and delay-free manner, Bidi recommends that you use this option and complete the withdrawal form available on our website or request it via devoluciones@bidi-care.com
